Premium USB Condenser Microphone

The NT-USB+ is a top-of-the-line desktop USB microphone with high-end internals: a premium gold-sputtered 1/2-inch condenser capsule, RØDE’s proprietary ultra-low-noise Revolution® preamp, high-resolution 24-bit/48 kHz digital converters, a built-in DSP chip to process the input signal right in the microphone with a high-pass filter, a noise gate, a compressor, and Aphex® processing—as well as a really loud headphone output. The NT-USB+ is suitable for a wide range of applications, including vocals, acoustic guitars, and woodwind instruments, and is, of course, ideal for podcasts and streaming. It connects easily to a Mac or PC via the USB-C port on the base and is recognized immediately. The NT-USB+ is MFi-certified, allowing for digital connection to an iPhone®. To do this, you’ll also need an SC15 or SC21 (USB-C to Lightning cable). Using the included USB-C to USB-C cable, you can also connect the NT-USB+ digitally to an Android smartphone. With its tabletop stand, the NT-USB+ can be set up in a space-saving manner—an area of 14 x 14 cm is sufficient. The joint on the mount allows for precise angling and alignment of the microphone, which is then securely fastened with the wing nut. The metal pop filter is perfect for speech and vocals, but can also be removed if necessary. You can plug headphones into the 3.5 mm jack on the side. The lower knob adjusts the overall headphone volume, and the upper knob adjusts the microphone’s monitor volume. If you wish, you can run up to four NT-USB+ units simultaneously on your computer—without any complex routing or configuration. The only requirement is the free podcast software “RØDE Connect.” The NT-USB+ can be updated with the latest firmware using the “RØDE Central” configuration software, which is also free. You can also use RØDE Central to configure the desired DSP settings on the microphone. Once set, the selected settings are saved. The package includes a desktop stand, a pop filter, a 3-meter USB cable, and a mounting ring with a tripod adapter, so you can use the NT-USB+ with a standard microphone stand if needed.
